Say hello to the weightiest ring in our collection and the softest, loveliest bauble of you’ll ever touch — the Monte Carlo Bauble Ring. We dreamed about making a proper bauble ring for years, and after dozens of sketches and countless hours of design and casting work, it’s here.
In casting a ring of this level of volume of solid gold, one of the challenges is managing porosity. The ring cannot share a flask with any other pieces, and temperature, humidity, and timing are critical. But the volume is what makes this ring extra special — the bauble is not hollow. It glides over your knuckle like butter, and it won’t suction to your skin or trap moisture like hollow rings will.
We worked meticulously on the balance and curves so that even though it is substantial, it’s still incredibly wearable.
At nearly an ounce of gold, this is an insanely decadent ring.
