Caring for Your Jewels

General Care

Solid 18K gold is a softer metal and will show the tiny marks of daily life. These marks should be welcomed and celebrated, as they will blend together to create a glowing and dynamic patina over time, making the piece truly yours.

To clean, use a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. A jewelry polishing cloth may also be used to bring back the gold’s original luster.

Jewelry dips and polishes are not recommended as they may contain harsh abrasives.

Protect your piece from chlorine bleach and other harsh chemicals.

Care of Gemstones

Extra care should be taken with all gemstone jewels. Stones are fragile and can break, crack, or scratch if not handled with care. Take care to protect them from any sudden shock — both thermal and physical. Store gemstones separately in a ring box or against soft fabric.

To clean your jewels, simply use a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, chlorine, or any harsh chemicals.

We offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects. We do not warranty stone damage, breakage or loss, and suggest you insure your jewelry against loss, damage and theft.
