ALCHEMY OF A SISTERHOOD

ABOUT US

We are Chelsea and Jade, sisters and founders of George Rings. Together we design soft, weighty, understated jewelry cast in solid 18K yellow gold.

Though our creative work together for George Rings officially began in 2019, it is really the culmination of a lifetime of connection, friendship, imagination, observation, and collaboration. Our hearts and hands are in every tiny detail of these pieces, every photograph we've taken of them, and every word we've written about them.

Our principal collection launched in July 2021 and featured 14 rings, 6 pendants, and 6 earrings. Two years later we released another small, carefully edited second collection.

We take our time. We sketch and prototype and test and wear.

We create art in solid gold form, meant to be worn, meant to endure, meant to become more beautiful with age and experience.

What we are offering to our beloved collectors is something truly special, and we know that. But we also know that we are receiving something truly special in return. Story after story of how collectors discovered our jewelry — the beautiful and brave changes they are making in their lives, the courage they are showing on the journey to self love and embodiment, the embracing of reality and the letting go of the illusion of control — these stories are transforming us.

And this is just the beginning.

"I love your impeccable designs, true, but I admire even more all the intangible qualities that permeate your life: the hard work, the creativity, good nature, honesty, sisterhood. In one word? Values. I feel so happy to have met you at the beginning of your adventure because George Rings has only one destiny: to become in due time, not just an iconique jewellery brand but a symbol of what we want people to be in this world."

our guiding principles of

DESIGN

1. Jewelry should feel as good as it looks.

2. Jewelry should be solid, real, and made to last.

3. The best jewelry is perfectly imperfect, and — like all human beings — its beauty increases with age, patina, and the marks of a life well lived.

4. Jewelry is, above all, a private pleasure and should bring the wearer joy.

5. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
