WARRANTY
Each piece of George Rings jewelry is designed, cast, and finished with great attention and care. We want you to love your piece as much as we do. Please contact us at studio@georgerings.com if you have any concerns.
We offer a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects. We do not warranty stone damage, breakage or loss, and suggest you insure your jewelry against loss, damage and theft.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not provide refunds. However, in some cases we can offer an exchange for store credit within 14 days of receipt of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
To inquire about a return or exchange, please email us at studio@georgerings.com. Customer is responsible for shipping the item fully insured, signature required, through FedEx. George Rings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All pieces must be in original condition and in original packaging. George Rings will not accept any return if the piece shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.
ORDER CHANGES
If a change to an order is requested within 24 hours of purchase via studio@georgerings.com, we will consider accommodation at our discretion. Merchant fees will apply.
